Habitats is an interdisciplinary performance combining theatre, dance, circus and shadow puppetry. Investigating the relationship between a clown/dancer and a fourlegged stilt acrobat, this is the story a woman migrating from one place to the next, looking for ways to feel at home. She carries a mysterious rabbit that guides her through a series of imaginary roads. Habitats is an embodied poem about migration, celebrating the power of imagination. Through stilts, theatre and dance, Habitats invites youth to reflect on their sense of home, belonging and magic. Available in English or French.
