Cherniavsky Boardroom
Ideal for meetings.
Capacity: 12 people
Includes boardroom table, chairs and white board.
Non-profit rate – $15 per hour         
Commercial rate – $20 per hour
Rentals are welcome Monday through Friday from 9 to 5.
Evenings and Saturdays are subject to availability.

Multipurpose Studio
Ideal for large meetings, classes or workshops.
Capacity: 40 - 50 people
Includes up to 15 tables, 50 chairs, sinks & counter, and white board.
Non-profit rate – $20 per hour         
Commercial rate – $30 per hour
Rentals are welcome Monday through Friday from 9 to 5.
Evenings and Saturdays are subject to availability.

Gallery
Ideal for receptions.
Capacity: up to 100 people
Non-profit rate – $40 per hour
Commercial rate – $50 per hour

General rental conditions

• Minimum 4-hour rental
• Payment by cheque or Visa must be received two working days in advance of rental date
• No refunds on cancellations less than two working days in advance of rental date
• Receptions or other events where alcohol is served must obtain an LCB license, insurance, and provide a security deposit to ArtStarts
• Contact ArtStarts’ for its rental agreement
